Hi Vis Hire, specialist recruiters for the Hire Industry, are currently looking for an experienced Hire Controller for our client, an Independent Hirer supplying Tower Lights, Portable Welfare Units, and cabins at their depot in Bonnybridge near Falkirk.
The Hire Controller responsibilities include:
1. Organising transport and deliveries/pick-ups to/from customer sites.
2. Dealing with customer enquiries both face to face and over the telephone, and advising on which product best suits their requirements.
3. Handling associated admin tasks, including processing on/off hires.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A good working knowledge of the Hire Industry.
* Experience of dealing with customers in a busy environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills – both telephone and face-to-face.
* Good level of IT literacy.
* Local area knowledge.
* Welfare experience is advantageous.
