The ideal person will be hard working, self-motivated and flexible in duties and hours and committed to safeguarding. The working hours are 07.00am – 09.00am and 3.00pm – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 hour for planning etc. (which could potentially increase in the future), Term Time Only. Ideally, we would like someone to start earlier if possible. The successful candidate will have the ability to work unsupervised. The successful candidates will have: • Experience working with 2-11 year olds • Ability to manage staff and communicate clearly with children, colleagues and families • Willingness to undergo training and professional development The following is desirable for the post: • Paediatric First Aid Qualification or willingness to undertake training • DSL Qualification or willingness to undertake training The successful candidate will join a hardworking team of experienced and dedicated staff and will be well supported in your role.
