Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager in our digital advertising team. Working on a hybrid basis, this consultative sales role involves showcasing our digital advertising and marketing solutions best suited to each customer’s needs.
Responsibilities
* Ideally, based within the South West London region; solid understanding of digital marketing products such as paid social, Google Ads, content marketing, digital display, video & websites.
* Conduct needs analysis through questioning and listening to present the best solutions to drive response and traction for campaigns.
* Develop new business while leveraging the active customer base and re-engage lapsed clients; maintain and grow existing accounts using our solutions.
* Focus on creating great campaigns, retaining customers, winning new business opportunities, and increasing digital revenues.
* Must drive and have access to your own car.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Role Requirements
* Business to Business sales via telephone, video and face to face meetings with prospective clients
* Selling digitally-led solutions best suited to the customer’s needs, established by effective questioning and information gathering
* Conducting efficient research into the customers’ business or vertical
* Selling and maximising marketing spend from a given category and/or territory by sourcing new / lapsed business
* Developing multimedia-led revenues through self-generated calls using lapsed customer reports, case studies, and new business lead lists
* Maintaining high standards of customer relations, service, and goodwill
* Growing unique customer count through effective territory and competitor management
* Sourcing new business opportunities from multiple sources
* Achieving set KPIs based on activity metrics
