Overview
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen on a full-time, permanent basis.
No two days will be the same in this role; you could be solving complex parts-related queries or promoting parts sales in the branch. You will identify truck, van or coach parts as queries come in and ensure we hold the stock needed to maintain the smooth running of the parts department within the branch operation.
Responsibilities
* Identify truck, van or coach parts as queries come in and resolve complex parts-related inquiries.
* Promote further parts sales in the branch and support customer service standards.
* Manage stock to ensure the parts department runs smoothly within the branch operation.
* Ensure all related paperwork is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
* Good analytical abilities and a proactive approach to maintaining customer service standards while promoting services and products.
* Keen attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
* Experience in the truck industry is advantageous; experience in the automotive sector is also valuable as we can teach the rest.
* Methodical, with the ability to problem solve and manage paperwork effectively.
