Job Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Assist with day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
*
Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and staff reimbursements accurately and on time
*
Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
*
Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
*
Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
*
Support month-end and year-end close processes
*
Assist in preparing financial reports and management accounts
*
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, auditors)
*
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements
*
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
