Salary & Benefits Competitive salary, dependent on experience 5 weeks annual leave bank holidays Birthday Leave RCVS and VDS fees paid Funded external CPD fully funded certificates Staff discounts on veterinary services and products Life assurance and enhanced sickness pay Enhanced equal family leave Employer pension contribution E-car salary sacrifice scheme Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care across inpatient, surgical, and consultation areas Confidently monitor and manage anaesthesia for a wide range of procedures Support a diverse caseload, including small animal, exotics, imaging, and internal medicine Rotate between the main hospital and branch practices when required (primarily hospital-based) Work closely with vets and fellow nurses to ensure excellent patient care Assist with laboratory diagnostics, stock control, and maintaining clinical standards Participate in the on-call rota (approximately one per month – 13 nights and 4 weekends per year) Contribute positively to a proactive, supportive nursing culture Why Join This Veterinary Practice?
