We're now looking for a
Valuation Modeller
to join our team and play a critical role in evaluating opportunities and supporting investment decisions.
The Role
As Valuation Modeller, you'll:
* Develop and maintain detailed
financial and valuation models
(DCF, comps, precedent transactions, LBO, scenario analysis).
* Support
M&A activity
by valuing potential acquisitions, preparing investment cases, and contributing to due diligence.
* Translate complex financial data into
clear insights for senior leadership
and the Board.
* Collaborate with commercial, finance, and strategy teams to align operational metrics with value drivers.
* Continuously improve modelling standards and ensure best practice.
About You
We're seeking an analytically strong, commercially minded modeller with:
* Proven experience in
financial modelling, valuation, or corporate finance
(IB, consulting, PE, or corporate strategy).
* Advanced
Excel and modelling skills
, with knowledge of best practice.
* Strong understanding of
valuation techniques
and strategic growth drivers.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, MBA) – desirable.
