Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, or live chat.
* Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, account status, and relevant concerns.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries effectively.
* Provide essential support for clients whilst identifying potential sales opportunities.
* Assisting with sales by providing information about new and existing products.
* Processing payments.
* Analysing customer queries and trends.
* Performing assigned administrative duties.
* Collaborating with other team members and internal departments.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Currently hold the right to work in the UK.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a customer facing environment.
* Experience working in a busy environment.
* Experience dealing with customers via email and phone.
Further Information
Location: Randox Laboratories Ltd., 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, alternating between 2 shift patterns:Shift 1- Monday to Friday from 08.20 to 17.00.Shift 2 - Monday to Thursday from 08.20 to 18.00 and 08.20 to 12.30 on a Friday.
