Internal Sales Executive – Fire Engineering
Location: Pontefract, WF11
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 basic + commission
OTE: £3,000 – £10,000 (dependent on targets achieved)
Are you a driven, target-focused sales professional with experience in fire engineering or fire-related services? We are recruiting for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a growing building services provider based in Pontefract (WF11).
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the company’s client base across the commercial, industrial, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on fire engineering services.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:
1. Develop and win new clients within commercial, industrial, engineering & manufacturing markets
2. Promote and sell fire engineering and associated building services, including:
3. Fire testing
4. Fire safety compliance services
5. Access control systems
6. Security services
7. Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales
8. Manage and grow existing accounts
9. Build long-term client relationships
10. Work towards and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
11. Proven experience in B2B sales within fire engineering, fire protection, or fire safety services
12. Strong understanding of fire testing, compliance, and relevant industry standards
13. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
14. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
What’s On Offer
15. £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
16. Commission structure with £3,000 – £10,000 OTE
