What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain a range of textile machinery used in producing safety-critical products.
Learn all aspects of the production process, from setup and operation to quality checks and troubleshooting.
Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and carry out preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Follow strict quality and safety procedures, ensuring all products meet the highest standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to optimise processes and efficiency.
Keep accurate records of machine performance, maintenance, and production output.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maintain smooth production flow. What We're Looking For:

Working Hours:
- 8am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday!
- 39 hour working week.
Payrate:
- Hourly Rate starting at £12.21 per hour
- The hourly rate/salary will be reviewed upon completed training and skills learnt.
