Our client, a large engineering business based near Shipley, have an immediate requirement to recruit a well versed production schedulingadministratorto join their growing team.
As theProduction Scheduling administrator you will assistin the planning process, have interaction with and influence many other departments in the business.
You will have many duties as theproduction schedulingadministrator which will be, but not limited to ........
1. Assist Sales during the quote phase, providing lead time estimates.
2. Ensure Production Engineering action Make/Buy decisions in time, and produce routings for Make parts to enable production works orders to be started on time.
3. Contact Finance to perform standard cost build ups on Make parts to enable Production Works Orders to be produced.
4. Check MRP requirements for purchased items to be ordered, and late/missing acknowledged dates.
5. Update completed operations
6. Produce Schedules for Bar Stores
7. Produce MRP Exception Listing spreadsheet
