Role Overview
The Graduate IT Service Manager (Senior Associate - P2) assists in managing the day-to-day delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with key IT contacts and business counterparts.
* Represent business teams and clients in core processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
* Develop knowledge of SS&C technologies and applications.
* Create management information and reporting for service review meetings.
* Support client oversight and due diligence requests through evidence gathering.
* Promote SS&C technology innovation and support business goals and objectives.
