Your new role
* As the Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
* You'll develop comprehensive project plans, define objectives and deliverables, and manage the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
* A major part of your role will involve building strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating communication across multiple teams, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
* You'll track progress, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project financials, and ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards. From maintaining detailed project documentation to driving post-project reviews, you will be accountable for ensuring every aspect of delivery is executed with clarity, control, and professionalism.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience managing end-to-end projects across cross-functional teams
* Strong planning skills with the ability to develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource plans
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
* Solid understanding of risk and issue management, with a proactive approach to mitigation
* Experience managing project budgets, resources, and reporting
* Ability to drive accountability and foster a collaborative team environment
* Strong documentation skills and familiarity with project methodologies and governance
* A delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
