Learning Manager (Part‑Time, Temporary – September 2026)
Salary Grade G, G Points 20–24 (£32,597 to £35,412 Full Time Equivalent), subject to pro rata. Minimum actual pro‑rata salary per annum is £11,706.08.
Responsibilities
Support student learning through data use, strategic intervention, and monitoring to maximise attainment. Analyse learning outcomes and recommend interventions. Work closely with teachers to develop practical strategies for student improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant experience in educational data analysis or learning support. Strong skills in data interpretation and intervention design. Ability to influence teachers and support staff to improve student outcomes.
