You'll hit daily targets, log quality checks, and work with the team to improve machine reliability and cut downtime. It's fast-paced, technical, and you need to stay switched on. Cleanroom environment, so gowning procedures and following SOPs are non-negotiable. Regulated manufacturing - everything's documented, everything's traceable. What you get: £30,000-£33,000 depending on experience. Two shift patterns available: Standard day: MonThurs 6:45am4:30pm, Friday 6:45am1:30pm (43.75hrs) Double shift: 6am2pm or 2pm10pm, MonFri (40hrs) Regulated environment, proper training, and a team that actually wants you to develop - not just clock in and out.
