What You'll Be Doing
* Owning projects from concept through to final delivery, with accountability for both quality and effectiveness.
* Creating distinctive visual work across digital, print, and brand that supports client growth, not just aesthetics.
* Applying UI/UX thinking where relevant to improve usability, conversion and engagement.
* Developing campaign assets, web visuals, and brand materials that stand out in competitive markets.
* Working closely with account leads and project managers to ensure creative decisions align with commercial objectives.
* Contributing ideas early, not always waiting to be told what to design.
What We're Looking For
* Around 5+ years in a graphic design role (agency experience is advantageous, but strong thinking matters more than tenure).
* Advanced capability across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Premiere and XD are useful additions).
* A portfolio that demonstrates originality, craft and an understanding of how design supports business outcomes.
* Comfort operating in a busy agency environment with multiple live projects.
* Someone who is proactive, receptive to challenge and motivated to keep raising their own standard.
