What you'll be doing; Shadowing various facilities management teams to learn about the Veolia business and our customer contracts Leading improvement programmes across a range of Facilities Management Contracts Providing feedback on observations to senior management and minor work processes Developing and rolling out a consistent approach to minor works across the Facilities Management sites This position requires UK security clearance. Candidates must be British passport holders and UK-born to meet the mandatory security vetting requirements for this role. What we're looking for; Degree-level qualification in any discipline with an interest in facilities management or business management (to be achieved by September 2026) Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements Commitment to continuous learning and development Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel with occasional short stays away from home Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team What's next?
