It’s an exciting time to be working in the water industry with an unprecedented amount of investment being made over the next five years and beyond. Dalcour Maclaren acts for 12 water companies and numerous Tier 1 contractors across the UK, to help them deliver a range of important, varied projects. These include nature-based solutions, large-scale pipelines, Strategic Resource Options (SRO), site constructions and upgrades, water mains renewals, repairs to burst pipes, addressing watercourse spills and water quality monitoring. We secure access to land, develop robust land rights strategies, negotiate temporary and permanent legal rights, secure land acquisitions and settle compensation to name a few examples. We take a collaborative approach, working closely with our clients and other disciplines and consultants.As a Senior Surveyor You Will:Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients.Deliver a range of tasks and/or schemes, to a high standard.
