Location: Stirling (Hybrid)
LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek a Resourcing Adviser to join their Workforce Planning & Organisational Development team. At Stirling Council, our People services are key in supporting our organisation and our people in overcoming the challenges we face. We know it is critical for us to build these services to ensure that we have a People function with the resource and talent required to help achieve our council’s aims and ambitions. Our key priorities include driving forward best practice in policy and processes; delivering fully on our commitment to the Scottish Fair Work framework; and developing and embedding innovative and forward-thinking practice, all to effectively support the vital work we do for Stirling’s communities.
Responsibilities:
* Planning and coordinating recruitment campaigns
* Ensuring a positive candidate and new employee experience
* Continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in recruitment planning and coordination
* Strong organisational skills
* Associate Membership of CIPD
* Understanding of Microsoft Office suite
* Digital confidence and curiosity about digital opportunities
