We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Analytics group within the Data & Analytics Technology division. This role involves building, deploying, and maintaining cloud and on-prem infrastructure and applications, with a focus on automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in automating processes, managing infrastructure, and supporting our cloud and on-prem systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
* Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
* Manage cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem infrastructure (VMware, Linux).
* Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
* Set up monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
* Collaborate with architects, operations, and developers for seamless integration.
* Implement security protocols, access controls, encryption, vulnerability scanning.
* Provide troubleshooting support for deployment and DevOps activities.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience.
* 5+ years of experience practicing DevOps.
* Proven experience in cloud environments and automation tools.
* Strong Linux/Unix management skills.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.
* Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Groovy.
* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
* Certifications such as Azure DevOps Solutions or AWS Certified DevOps are a plus.
