Supply Desk is currently working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Slough, which is seeking a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher with a specialism in French and/or Spanish. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in January 2026 and running through to July 2026 initially, with the potential for extension or a permanent placement.

About the Role
Deliver French and/or Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum. Prepare, assess, and mark work in accordance with school policies and expectations. Support students of all abilities, fostering progress and a love for language learning. Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s core values.
The ideal candidate will
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, with experience teaching French and/or Spanish at Key Stages 3 and 4
* Be open to both flexible supply work and long-term placements
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and in-depth subject knowledge
* Show a clear commitment to supporting and enhancing student progress
* Adopt a positive, inclusive, and adaptable teaching approach
