About the Role
As the ALN Primary Welsh Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons through the medium of Welsh
* Support pupils with a range of ALN needs, ensuring each child receives tailored provision
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO, and wider staff
* Create a warm, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Track and monitor pupil progress, adapting learning plans where needed
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* A fluent Welsh speaker with strong communication skills
* A qualified primary teacher (QTS essential)
* Experienced in working with ALN pupils, or passionate and willing to develop in this area
* Patient, nurturing, and committed to every child’s success
* Creative, adaptable, and able to bring learning to life
* Confident working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team
