Position: Store Manager – Full Time
Location: Bridgend
Hours per Week: 37.5 (Permanent)
Salary: £32,000 - £33,000

The Store Manager role:
* Drive the business with a passion for excellence, demonstrating a will to win and future focus

The Perfect Store Manager Candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
* Experience in fragrance and beauty retail preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven leadership and commercial acumen
* Customer-centric approach
* Flexibility to travel and adapt to business needs
