The Opportunity
Are you a proactive leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a Customer Service & Demand Management Team Leader to join our team at our Bellshill site and play a key role in Best-in-Class demand planning and proactive order management, providing a high level of service to our global customers.
What you'll be doing
* Lead Demand Planners, working closely with regional teams to align on a realistic, unbiased, 50/50 regional forecast.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of orders, making sure our products arrive on time and in full.
* Spot risks and opportunities early, working with others to find solutions quickly and make informed decisions.
* Lead your team through challenges and change, helping everyone stay focused and motivated.
* Monitor performance, using data to drive improvements in service and efficiency.
* Make sure we're always compliant with regulations and company standards, especially when it comes to documentation and reporting.
About You
* Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
* Experience in demand planning, customer service, or supply chain operations.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process excellence.
