Monday - Thursday - 8:30am to 4:30pm
Friday - 8:30am to 3:30pm (Early Dart on a Friday!)
About the Role
We're looking for a lively, proactive, people-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. If you're naturally chatty, energised by talking to people, and love keeping things organised, this role will suit you perfectly.
You'll be at the heart of our sales activity - keeping our CRM updated, following up on opportunities, supporting the sales team, and making sure nothing gets missed.
What You'll Be Doing
CRM & Pipeline Management
Keep the Salesforce CRM updated and tidy
Ensure opportunities progress and are fully documented
Add reminders, tasks, and follow-ups
Create pipeline updates for management
Double-check opportunities to ensure they're still relevant
Add notes from calls, meetings, and updates
Sales Support & Follow-Up
Call clients, contractors, and designers to follow up on quotes
Research new projects and identify key contacts
Support tender submissions and commercial follow-ups
Carry out LinkedIn prospecting and market research
Handle inbound calls and direct enquiries
Jump in wherever needed to help the team win work
