About the role
\n\n
Within this Corporate Paralegal role, you will be supporting Partners and Solicitors on a mixed, complex Corporate caseload. As well as this, your other day-to-day duties may include:
\n\n
\n\t
* Liaising with clients, business owners and SME businesses
\n\t
* Working on matters including acquisitions and disposals, share option schemes, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements
\n\t
* Preparation of legal documents
\n\t
* Undertaking all legal research
\n\n\n
About You
\n\n
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Corporate Paralegal who is looking to grow and progress their career. The successful candidate will ideally have 1 years’ experience within corporate law, with a proven track record, who can work well under pressure and as part of an exemplary team.
