Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of professional clients in the UK: wholesalers, distributors, catering groups, and out-of-home (OOH) operators.You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the professional foodservice market, in line with St Michel’s strategic ambitions.
Main Responsibilities :
Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of professional clients, working in close partnership with our local importer.
Deploy and grow our brands (St Michel, Bonne Maman, St Aubert) across the foodservice, catering, and B2B distribution channels.
Negotiate commercial agreements aligned with the company’s sales strategy and margin objectives.
Manage product assortment, promotional plans, visibility, and activation tailored to the professional market.
Monitor performance (volume, sales, profitability) and recommend corrective or growth actions.
Develop category and market insights to identify new business opportunities in the out-of-home channel.Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment.
You have a commercial background and proven experience in B2B or foodservice sales, ideally within the FMCG or bakery and pastry sector. Recognized for your strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, you are able to build and maintain long-term partnerships with your clients. Entrepreneurial and proactive, you enjoy developing business and managing your portfolio with autonomy and precision. Results- and customer-oriented, you are skilled at identifying growth opportunities and providing tailored solutions to your partners. Fluency in English / French is essential for this position, while knowledge of French would be a plus. A valid driving license is required, as regular travel across the UK will be expected.
