We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver's Mate to join a busy logistics company.
This role is essential in supporting the drivers during deliveries and ensuring that goods are transported safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a willingness to assist with heavy lifting, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

* PAY - £12.62 per hour
* DAYS - Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday
* Hours - 6.30am to 3.30pm
Duties
* Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
* Ensure that all items are accounted for before departure and upon arrival.
* Communicate effectively with the driver regarding delivery schedules and routes.
* Help navigate routes when necessary, ensuring timely deliveries.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle and equipment.
* Support the driver in adhering to all safety regulations during transport.
* Assist with warehouse tasks as required, including inventory management.
Skills
* Proficient in driving, with experience as a van driver or delivery driver preferred.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
* Experience in commercial driving is a plus but not mandatory.
