Description:
We are looking for an Office Manager who is a great allrounder to work for this construction company based in Hemel Hempstead.
Due to the nature of the company the applicant must come from either the construction or demolition background.
This role is two fold, dealing with the demands of the senior management and also overseeing the day to day running of the office. Although it is more of a support role rather than physically getting involved. When decisions need to be made it will fall at your feet and you need to be organised, a real team player, not afraid to get your hands dirty and be an all round "the person to go to for everything". You will get involved in staffing, so a background in doing 1-2-1s would be expected.
You will need to have strong IT ability and be an outstanding communicator.
In return the company offer a salary of £40000 - £45000pa

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
