Key Responsibilities (role dependent):

Managing a caseload in line with statutory duties

Completing high-quality assessments and care plans

Undertaking safeguarding investigations and court work

Working collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams
*
Maintaining accurate, timely case records in line with legislation and local procedures
Essential Requirements:
*
Qualified Social Worker (Degree / DipSW / equivalent)
*
Registered with Social Care Wales
*
Recent experience within a UK statutory setting
*
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
