Account Manager Overview
A successful supplier to the UK High Street requires an experienced Account Manager or Buyer to join their expanding team, working on multi product ladieswear and girlswear.
Account Manager Responsibilities
1. Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong working relationships with the Buyers
2. Leading customer meetings, presenting and selling the ranges
3. Negotiating costings with to achieve the best margins
4. Working closely with the factories
5. Attending sample shopping trips
6. Identifying gaps in the market and business growth opportunities, following up leading and exceeding targets
Account Manager Skills and Experience
7. Previous experience working with key retail customers
8. Experience working on ladieswear and / or girlswear
Account Manager Additional Information
9. This role offer 1 day working from home
10. Far East travel will be required in the future, so the ideal candidate must be happy to do this
