Mobile Vehicle Technician required for Family Run Mobile on Site Service Provider - based around Crawley / West Sussex
1. Pay: Up to £40k Basic + £5k Bonus + Van
2. Hours: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings on a rota
Join our team as a Mobile Vehicle Technician and take on a dynamic and rewarding position working within a family-run mobile on-site service provider.
Based around Crawley in West Sussex, this opportunity is ideal for skilled mechanics and technicians looking for a mobile position with excellent earning potential and career progression.
Benefits:
3. Up to £40,000 basic salary with a £5,000 performance bonus and a company van
4. Overtime earning potential taking earnings to approximately £45,000 per year
5. Chartered company van, tools, and all necessary equipment provided
6. Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
7. One in three Saturday mornings on a rota basis
8. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:
10. Conduct planned maintenance, interim, and full servicing on cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
11. Perform safety inspections such as the 52-point safety check
12. Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults on-site using the latest diagnostics equipment
13. Keep clients satisfied by delivering high standards of service and maintenance
14. Manage vehicle repairs efficiently at various customer locations across Crawley and surrounding areas
15. Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing company uniform and driving a branded van
Requirements:
16. Fully qualified Mobile Mechanic or Technician with relevant experience
17. Proven track record in vehicle maintenance and repair
18. Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with modern vehicle systems
19. Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
20. Able to work independently in a mobile environment
21. Valid UK driving licence and experience driving vans
