We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and well-established independent school in the Surrey/Croydon area for a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role:
* Supporting students with SEN on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Adapting to the daily challenges that come with working in an SEN environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working as an LSA or in a similar SEN support role (essential)
* OR relevant experience working with children/young people with additional needs
* Graduates in Psychology, Sociology, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply
* Strong resilience, patience, and a proactive attitude
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Confident in managing challenging behaviours and adapting to different situations
