As a Pay & Benefits Coordinator, your role will directly contribute to ensuring our pay and benefit processes are accurate, timely and aligned with our organisational goals.
We are looking for someone who is not just organised but thrives in a fast-paced environment with a genuine passion for building positive relationships and making a difference. If you enjoy solving problems creatively, interpreting data to inform decisions, and communicating effectively to enhance the colleague experience, this role is tailor-made for you.

This role as a Pay & Benefits Coordinator includes the option to work from home.
