The Role: The firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor (4 PQE) to join its Richmond office, with the flexibility to work from Central London or from home. You'll work directly alongside the Head of Department on a strong pipeline of corporate matters, including: M&A Shareholder and investment agreements Company structuring Corporate governance Disputes arising from transactional issues Why This Role?
