Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a captivating personality, who can support the General Manager in leading an amazing team in this stylish cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous people management and hospitality experience.
* Experience leading a team in a venue of high volume.
* Ability to understand guest’s needs.
* Desire to deliver and exceed guestexpectations.
* Ability to lead and coach a team.
* Good organisation and communication skills.
* Ability to adaptdepending on the level of trade.
* Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
* Excellent financial acumen.
