Crane Supervisor Job
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all crane lifting operations on site
* Ensure lifts are carried out in accordance with lifting plans and safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with crane operators, slingers, and site management
* Conduct pre‑lift briefings and risk assessments
* Monitor site conditions to ensure safe lifting practices
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
* Maintain clear communication with all personnel involved in lifting activities
Requirements
* Valid Crane Supervisor certification (e.g., CPCS / NPORS or equivalent)
* Previous experience supervising lifting operations
* Strong understanding of lifting plans, signals, and site safety procedures
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced construction environment
What We Offer
* Monday to Friday working schedule
* 40 weeks of work
* Paid breaks (2 x 15 minutes)
* Stable working hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
