Role and Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement supply chain strategies for DTC, eCommerce, and retail channels to support business growth and profitability. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align supply chain operations with company goals. Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals and external partners. Demand & Inventory Planning Lead forecasting processes across DTC, eCommerce, and retail outlets to ensure optimal inventory availability Balance working capital efficiency with service levels, minimizing stockouts, excess and aged inventory. Logistics & Fulfilment Oversee warehousing, order fulfilment, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics for both eCommerce and retail channels. Drive continuous improvements in fulfilment speed, cost, and customer experience. Manage 3PL relationships and performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. Retail & Omnichannel Operations Coordinate inventory flow into retail outlets, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient distribution. Implement systems and processes to support omnichannel initiatives such as BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up in Store) and ship-from-store. Process Optimization & Technology Identify and implement supply chain technology, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability Leverage data analytics to monitor KPIs, track performance, and drive decision-making What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in direct-to-consumer/eCommerce fulfillment and retail/omnichannel distribution. Advanced skills in demand planning, inventory optimization, and ERP/Supply Chain systems. Analytical, diligent, and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional collaborators. Strong commercial awareness and analytical approach Self-starter Proven ability to adapt, remain resilient, work at speed. Excellent Excel / PowerPoint Skills Essential Skills: Experience working in an ecommerce team or within a retail environment Strong analytical skills Forecasting and planning skills Strong planning and organisational skills Strong commercial competence, with ability to identify and deliver new opportunities. Good Excel / PowerPoint skills Soft Skills & Characteristics: Commercial Approach, with strong understanding and delivery of key financial performance Excellent communication skills An ability to continually re-prioritise and work at speed Ability to be flexible and react at short notice (but in an organised way) A strong desire to keep driving improvement. Working closely with DTC Operations manager, Establish DTC as a solid, profitable, top 3 x retailer to the business Achieve Monthly Shilheng & Sokbo targets Able to deliver a planned and flexible approach to accommodate last minute change/opportunities.
