Overview
Registered Nurse – Band 5 role with Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The closing date is 05 November 2025.
Job responsibilities
* Provide patient-facing clinical support under the direction of the Community Nurse Team Manager and Nurse Specialist.
* Work in the community and provide clinic services 3 days a week, including wound care for local GP practice, Minor Injury Service, catheter care, IV line care, and leg ulcer care.
* Autonomous practice with lone working where appropriate; use assessment skills to plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care for individual patients.
* Collaborate with the team and liaise with professionals such as Specialist Hospice Nurse, Social Workers, GP, Podiatry and Tissue Viability.
* Participate in the development of leg ulcer treatment services and undertake relevant Minor Injury and Assessment training as required.

Working pattern
37.5 hours per week, 9-5 or 8-6, including some weekends and bank holidays. Various hours will be considered.
