The South Pacific Division (SPD) is the administrative headquarters of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific, overseeing operations in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and surrounding island nations. The Division Administration team includes senior officers and support staff who work together to lead and manage the Church’s mission, executive, and administrative functions across the region. Relevant qualifications in secretarial or office administration, with 2–3 years’ experience in administrative support. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Self-motivated with a proactive, service-oriented approach. Experience managing complex calendars and scheduling in MS Outlook. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Preferred Ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Competence in preparing reports and presentations. Familiarity with the structure and operations of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific. Prior experience in an Adventist workplace is highly regarded.
