About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering inspiring lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will foster a positive learning environment, encourage pupil development, and work collaboratively with staff and families to help each child reach their full potential.
To be a successful Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will be:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Key stages 1 & 2 in accordance with the primary National Curriculum
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Track pupil progress and use assessment to inform teaching
* Promote positive behaviour and manage the classroom effectively
* Engage with parents and carers to support pupil learning
Skills & Requirements for Primary Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Sound understanding of the Primary Curriculum
* Previous experience in a UK primary school setting working as a Primary Teacher
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
