About the Role: As a full-time TA, you will: Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment Assist with classroom preparation, resources and displays Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing About You: We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about working with children Patient, kind and supportive Organised, reliable and a strong communicator Able to work effectively as part of a team Able to work with students with different Special Educational Needs Ideally has experience working in a school or with young people (but not essential) Qualifications: A relevant TA qualification is desirable but not essential Full training and ongoing support will be provided If you're wanting to start your career in education this September, do get in touch with your CV!
