Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team, as a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged students by providing personalised educational support, developing specific motor skills and you will play a crucial role in their academic success.
Responsibilities:
* Educate and assist students in basic motor mechanical skills
* Follow customised lesson plans based on individual student needs
* Provide small group tutoring sessions
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence required
-A clear DBS check is required, if not we will apply for one
- Experience in Motor Mechanical skills essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain concepts and engage students
- Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus
- Previous tutoring experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
