NES Fircroft is proud to partner with the Northern Endurance Partnership (bp, Equinor, TotalEnergies) as they deliver the CO₂ transportation and storage infrastructure for the East Coast Cluster, one of the UK's most significant carbon capture and net zero programmes.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HSSE Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and safeguarding NEP's safety culture across its construction, operations and future development activities. This includes responsibility for HSSE across onshore assets (interface with carbon capture projects, CO2 compression and pipeline transport) and offshore infrastructure (pipeline and geological store).
As NEP grows, this role will ensure the organisation's systems, behaviours, and capabilities support safe, compliant and reliable operations. The HSSE Manager will directly influence NEP's leadership, Board, and external stakeholders to embed strong HSSE governance and performance.
This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role in one of the UK's most important decarbonisation projects. You'll work at the heart of a nationally significant infrastructure programme, with real impact on the future of energy and industry in the UK.
If you are an experienced land professional looking to contribute to a transformational project, we'd love to hear from you.
