As a Deputy Manager, you will help ensure the home environment supports both staff and young people, creating a secure, safe, and motivated atmosphere. Key duties include managing daily operations and supporting the team to achieve high standards, enabling young people to regain their childhood and develop into well‑rounded adults.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Children’s Home.
* Support and lead the care team to maintain high standards.
* Ensure a secure and motivating environment for staff and young people.
* Encourage and inspire staff and young people during challenging and celebratory moments.
Required Qualifications
* A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England).
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desirable, provided if needed).
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare with supervisory duties.

Applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by the organisation) and an online search.
