Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work in their Complaints department on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to growth our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Complaints team, where you will act as the first point of contact for both new and existing customers in a fast-paced, pivotal department within the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ previous office experience, used to working and liaising with customers over the phone, providing a high level of customer service whilst being able to work in a fast-paced environment. Due to the location of the office candidates are required to have access to their own vehicle and a valid drivers license due to the lack of public transport. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls, providing timely updates to customers whilst managing expectations * Accurately update and manage internal systems and databases with customer updates and information * Provide a professional approach to customer enquiries and queries, building and maintaining positive relationships at all times * Ensure you comply with FCA regulations and standards in all communications * Complete administrative tasks as and when required Key Experience: * A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service advisor role * Excellent communication, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels * Good telephone manner * Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment * Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times * Confident meeting deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a thriving business at an exciting time of growth.
