Key Responsibilities:. Operational Management:. Oversee the daily operations of the takeaway shop, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation and delivery... Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper inventory control to avoid shortages or wastage... Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained in accordance with food safety regulations... Handle any on-site issues with equipment, supplies, or service, escalating as required.... Staff Management:. Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff including kitchen crew, delivery drivers, and front-of-house employees... Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the team to maintain high morale and productivity... Monitor staff performance and implement disciplinary measures or performance improvement plans where necessary... Maintain compliance with employment laws, including health and safety, working hours, and pay requirements.... Customer Service:. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all interactions – in-store, phone, and online... Address customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly to resolve any issues and maintain customer loyalty... Monitor delivery times and service efficiency to meet or exceed customer expectations.... Financial Management:.
