60 per hour (with additional payments for sleep-ins)
Driver Essential with a Full UK Driving Licence
This role is shift work, which might include some long days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays

What does a Support Worker do?
The role of a Support Worker is to ensure the people we work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives. Supporting someone with a learning disability isn't just about personal care, it is so much more. It is about supporting people to enhance, and broaden themselves and what they do physically, emotionally and socially. While some people may have more complex behavioural needs, we still endeavour to meet their needs through offering the same opportunities in a way that best supports them.
You do not need to have worked in supported living before to be a good Support Worker. Ideally you will already hold a Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma but if not, we will support you to achieve this. A basic level of English and Math is also required.
