HR Project Consultant (Fixed Term Contract)Westbury, Wiltshire£40,000 per annum + benefits3-4 months fixed term contract
We're working with a well-established manufacturing business to support a key HR project and are looking for an experienced HR Project Consultant to join them on a short-term basis.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll take ownership of reviewing, updating, and implementing core HR documentation and processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring the business is compliant, consistent, and set up for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and update the employee handbook
* Audit and revise HR policies and procedures
* Support rollout of updated employment contracts
* Refresh job descriptions across the business
* Ensure compliance with current UK employment legislation
* Provide guidance on employment rights and HR best practice
* Work closely with stakeholders to implement changes
* Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
About You:
* Proven generalist HR experience (Advisor level or above)
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Experience delivering HR projects or policy/contract reviews
* Able to work independently and drive outcomes
* Confident engaging with stakeholders
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) desirable
