Job Description
3. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. VAT and Corporation Tax
6. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial processes and controls.
8. Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors as required.
9. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
10. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the department.
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
12. The successful applicant must be, ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified.
13. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
15. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
16. Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
17. Experience collaborating with internal teams and external auditors
